Summer fruits frappe

You can also add a little mint or ginger to this delicious summery juice to help your child develop a liking for some new flavours. If you like a thinner or thicker consistency, feel free to adjust the water quantity accordingly.

Ingredients

250 g watermelon flesh

6 strawberries, hulled

½ mango, skin removed

1/3 cup water

4 ice cubes

  • Serves 3-4

Method

Place all the ingredients in a Thermomix or blender and process until smooth and frothy.
